GE Multilin delivers advanced microprocessor based Motor, Feeder, Transformer, Bus, Line and Generator protection, monitoring and communications, Multilin devices continue to establish new standards for protection and control systems. Ethernet and RS485 commutations are available with multiple communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP 3.0, IEC61850, DeviceNet and Profibus.

Viewpoint Monitoring integrates Multilin devices into a simple to use monitoring and control system. Incorporating powerful features such as plug-and-play functionality, pre-configured monitoring screens, trending, and customizable one-line diagrams and annunciator panels.  Industrial and utility facilities can use Multilink Ethernet switches and Multinet converters to simply network Multilin or other devices.
